How quickly do I receive my model once paid for?

Generally they are dispatched by Australia Post on the day of ordering. Australia Post to WA, TAS and NT generally takes 5-7 days, SA 3 days , NSW and VIC 2 days. QLD 2 days.

Note we do not guarantee delivery within the time frame indicated as it is outside our control after it is posted. Express delivery is available at additional cost.

How much does your postage cost.

Our fixed cost for postage and handling  for all the Hose and Tap units models EZ-2005HB, EZ-2013HB,  EZ-2030HB, EZ 1010HB and  mainline EZFLO-1. is $35.-

We accept payment through direct deposit, cheque , direct  deposit (EFT), credit card or PayPal over the phone or by email.

 

What happens if something goes wrong or we have questions?

Contact us by email or phone and we will assist you straight away. Our warranty is 1 year for hose and tap models, if used as recommended.
